Working with Margot made a stressful situation ( selling property) into a great experience. She was able to answer any questions I had, always got back to me when contacting her and explained the process as we went thru the sale. I have sold several homes and this sale was by far the best!
She knew the ins and outs of the neighborhood, golf courses, HOA,rental company and insurance options. I'm a licensed broker and I couldn't stump her with a single question. Highly recommend using Margot.

Margot took care of our every need. We came down from Pennsylvania She set up 4 houses to show us on a Sunday afternoon. That was the best time for our convince. We put a bid in one one house She negotiated the price down to what we were willing to pay. She put us in contract with people that worked with us over the phone One month later we closed.. She set everything up and everything went down like clock work. We would recommend her for your agent Thanks again for everything you did to make this a stress, free and easy process
I am an out of state Real Estate Broker with 25 years experience. I would highly recommend Margo to help both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. She is very knowledgeable about the area and process .
We recently had the pleasure of working with Margot Layland from Legends Real Estate Oceanfront, LLC and we can confidently say that our experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we met Margot, her professionalism, dedication, and expertise were evident, making our real estate journey smooth and enjoyable. We would highly recommend Margot for your real estate needs.
My wife and I had the most amazing experience working with Margot. I cannot express in words alone the level of professionalism, knowledge and overall commitment to helping us find our forever home. I had contacted Margot a few years ago prior to us buying our home. After many trips back and forth from NY to SC, phone calls, emails and multiple phones calls and random texts to just check in and say hello, we pinned down our home. Margot help make the transactions absolutely seamless and stress free. Additionally, her network of industry professionals are as equally dedicated to your overall experience as she is. I (we) cannot say enough about Margot. Margot Layland, a true professional.
Margot was amazing at negotiating our home concerns and simply put, it was not an easy task. It took a few weeks. However, she came through with some tough negotiations and we could not be more pleased! We are ready to start on our life in South Carolina! She has knowledge of the area being a South Carolina gal. It's important to have an agent who is knowledgeable, conscientious and listening to the clients is KEY. She checks all the boxes. Margot replies to all text messages and emails in a timely manner and that takes a lot of stress off the buying process.
