Margo knows the local market and quickly picked up on what we were looking for in the perfect home and was always on top of the new listings that looked promising. As we crafted an offer Margo really showed her negotiating skills by “selling” her clients to the selling agent, knowing there would likely be competitive offers on such a nice property. Her skills paid off as we were selected above 2 other First day offers, one higher than ours! She continued to show her experience during escrow negotiations to work out agreements painlessly. Margo was recommended to me as a RE agent with many years of local area experience. I know little about the real estate market, so when it came time to sell my home I pretty much put my trust in Margo to advise me on how to reasonably prep the property for the market (updates and staging), what price to list at based on current market data, and when to list and have the initial open house for the best first impressions.
