I was so impressed with her that I signed up for her newsletter so I wouldn’t lose touch. When it came time to sell, I simply called her. I’m glad I did. She works smart and she works hard. She has tons of experience and knows the market inside and out. When the unexpected came up, she simply dove in and fixed it. She always kept me in the loop, and used plain language. Margo was very professional throughout this whole process. We looked at so many house trying to find that right one. Never a fun process for an agent to go through because at any given moment a buyer can just say, well I changed my mind and not now. Every time I called and suggested a house she immediately went into action and got my son and I in to look at it. She also made several suggestion on our must have and wish list items. Once we finally found the right one after winning a bidding war, her suggestions and input for this was greatly appreciated. Her direction and assisting with coordinating all the inspections and then she rose even higher due to unforeseen last minute "hiccups" as I was informed seem happen from time to time. Margo stepped into action and made these final "hiccups" go away and we have successfully recorded. I would highly recommend Margo for any real estate transaction.
After calling Margo on three separate occasions over the past two years always *almost* ready to sell our house, if there is one thing Margo is, she is patient. She never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her even after the third attempt to move, fell through. However, in our case, 4th time was the charm. Once we found the home we were going to purchase out of state, Margo quickly sprang into action to help us sell our CA home. She helped us in discussing market pricing and how to competitively price our home to move on the market quickly, while also getting top dollar. She was also very helpful in the staging and listing process and produced pictures so beautiful of our home, to convince myself to not back out of selling our house and fall in love with my OWN home all over again. After the first open house weekend we got two competitive offers and Margo was extremely skilled at helping us to navigate both offers making sure to not leave anything on the table. I was very happy with how responsive Margo was to text and how patient she was with my husband's and my work schedule, as we were often not available during normal working hours.
