I would highly recommend Margo! I was looking for a realtor in the Rosemont area of Sacramento to assist us with the sale our rental home. I reached out to Margo after receiving a “Post card” in the mail at my home 2 hours away, stating she had just sold a home one street over from my rental. I emailed her and within minutes got a response, it was full throttle with her from that point on. She provided us with numerous emails with comps in the area, strategies for selling, pricing to sell, all kinds of scenarios. Everything sent was extremely helpful! Margo did a wonderful job selling my home in Sacramento. This was the first home I have sold and she was great in taking me through all the steps involved. Margo worked with me in person and long distance. There were problems getting the house that I purchased to closing and she worked very hard to help make it happen. She put me in touch with a lender and ran documents when needed. She knows the area very well, listened to what I wanted in a house and showed me several houses. When I came back to Virginia and found a house online we did FaceTime so I could see the house in CA. I highly recommend Margo and would hire her again if I were to sell or buy.
I found Margo is as solid as a buyer’s agent as she is a seller’s agent. After negotiating the sale of my home well above asking we went to work on a new home search. Margo knows the local market and quickly picked up on what we were looking for in the perfect home and was always on top of the new listings that looked promising. When the right home hit the listings she got us in quickly for a showing first day. As we crafted an offer Margo really showed her negotiating skills by “selling” her clients to the selling agent, knowing there would likely be competitive offers on such a nice property. Her skills paid off as we were selected above 2 other First day offers, one higher than ours! She continued to show her experience during escrow negotiations to work out agreements painlessly. I can’t recommend Margo highly enough to either a buyer or a seller.
