Highly recommend Margarita as a selling agent!
Margarita has a lot of selling experience. She was very knowledgeable about the market and advised us well on the asking price. She listed the condo right away on the coming soon listing, so the condo was being advertised before it was officially on the market. Margarita was professional and attentive to the many details involved in selling a home. She responded quickly to my questions and kept me apprised of new developments and what to do next. This was a difficult time for my family as we were selling my brother's condo after his passing. Margarita was appropriately sensitive to our grief. I highly recommend her.
