Margaret Wysocki

From start to finish, our experience with Margaret went better than I could have dreamed. We began searching for our home over a year ago- not knowing exactly what we wanted, Margaret happily showed us home after home in each area we were interested in so that we could narrow down what we liked and where we wanted to be. She patiently educated us about the market and regularly stayed in touch without pressuring us. I truly appreciate that Margaret never made us feel like we had to offer on something because if we didn’t there would never be another chance. She was always on our side and if we didn’t like a home she was confident something else would come along. And it did! Margaret opened our minds to considering new construction. She said we could likely pick our finishes and there would be less competition during the earlier stages of construction. At first we weren’t keen on this idea. We wanted something turn key and didn’t think we had the ability to use our imaginations to picture what an incomplete project might look like in a few months. We trusted her though and she scheduled a showing at a property that had recently gone active in the popular neighborhood we wanted to be in. We even tried to cancel it but Margaret convinced us to just see it. Margaret met us at the home with the builder and listing agent and as we walked through the framed walls, we just knew this was our dream home. The house flowed incredibly and had the large rooms, open kitchen and living room area, and generous outdoor space we had hoped for. We went under contract that day and six months later after getting to pick out our design elements, multiple walk throughs and drive-bys , and literally watching our house come to life a little more every day, we closed and became homeowners. Margaret is amazing because she genuinely cares. Helping someone buy or sell a home isn’t just a transaction to her. You can truly feel that she is honored that you chose her to help you.

Working with Margaret has been such a wonderful experience! Her expertise and knowledge ensured us selling our house for top dollar and she negotiated the best deal on the house we bought as well. Her friendly and calm demeanor eased all of my worries and resolved issues while building positive relationships with the other agents, plumbers, city inspectors, and builders. Margaret was always looking out for our best interests and I highly recommend her!

Margaret is a dream to work with. Margaret handled the sale of my home and was able to get me under contract over asking price within one weekend. I really appreciated her patience with me as a first time seller and proactive approach to everything during this transaction. Margaret made the whole experience very easy for me. She took the time to explain the entire contract and answer my questions even if they were repetitive, and if I didn't know the answer to something she would call the necessary party and find out for me. It was truly a great experience and she set the bar high for my future transactions.

I cannot overstate how incredible Margaret was during our process. We met with several agents before deciding to work with her and are so happy that she was the one. From start to finish she was warm, responsive, knowledgeable, and just an overall joy to be around. Margaret worked around our schedule and was very patient with our demands and decisions. We only wish we were still on the hunt so we would continue to see Margaret every few days, as we now consider her a dear friend.

Margaret was amazing in helping me get into my first home. I'm so excited and thrilled to be making this important step in my life and I couldn't have done it without her. She has great knowledge and experience in the unpredictable and fast-paced Denver metro market. She was always available, day or night, and was so patient in explaining everything in this unfamiliar and daunting process. Just knowing that I had a friendly and competent person on my side really put me at ease. I can't express my gratitude to her enough, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy (and/or sell) a house.

-The communication I feel that she communicated with me daily on the status of the house that I was going to purchase. She was a very accessible day or night even on weekends. -Being my advocate I feel she went beyond the scope of her duties. She always went to bat for me and always had my best interest in mind. She really cared about my transaction and always made me feel that I was the most important customer she had. I could not ask for a more professional then Margaret. I would not have been able to buy this house without her help. She communicated very well with the agents on the other side of the deal. - I would and will recommend her to my friends and family and they would benefit from her services.
