We were helping our parents sell their home and she made the process flow effortlessly by always being one step ahead of a need and keeping us informed. She has a unique ability to problem solve forward and make sure no road bump is too big to tackle. We sold this home during the Covid-19 Lockdown, and it went smoothly even though there were a lot of new hurdles to overcome due to restrictions and new regulations put in place. We were amazed on how fast Margaret and her team were able to handle all this and make it seem like it was just any other day. My family was amazed and so overwhelming grateful for her organizational skills, and helpful nature. She also has a wonderful team of support people that she can recommend who can do repairs and provide services and they helped us get the house ready for sale. Using another company, our home in the Black Lake community in Nipomo languished on the market for 45 days. Because it was the least expensive home in the community, we were getting frustrated.
