I enjoyed working with Marcus, He was on top of everything and knew what I needed from our post buying conversation and delivered those needs and wants, when the lender I was using was dragging there feet and not getting me the best rate and was telling me different amounts to bring to closing. Marcus got involved and told me to use his guy Bob, so glade I did, Bob was on top of everything, kept my lawyer updated the whole time, even my lawyer said they enjoyed working with this lender and realtor, I ended up get a a lot of money back at closing.
