I listed my Mpls property with another realtor and it was a nightmare. I'll spare you the details, but after 3 months and a failed sale, I had to make a switch, and luckily found Marcus. He immediately gave me peace of mind and knew exactly what to do. He invested in the property with staging, professional photos, etc., and we recently closed! He was such a blessing, as I live out of state and had to rely on Marcus to do a lot of the work. I couldn't have been more pleased with Marcus and his team. He guided me through the negotiations and fought to get me the best deal possible. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and has good communication skills.
