Great Experience
Marcus helped us navigate a tricky market. He traveled back and forth from DC to Baltimore to help us find a property that fit our needs. When we found a property pre-market, he negotiated with the seller going above and beyond to make sure that we got to the closing table. Contracts were sent expeditiously and he even worked with our lender when they couldn’t find original title. He even got us a discount. There were a lot of hoops, but he was great. He’s smart and a smart negotiator. You want him on your team.
