I cannot say enough great things about Marcus! We had a few strange situations that happened throughout our search and buying process and he was there to help us out every step of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable, has decades of experience, and is really personable. He gets really excited when he sees you getting excited. If you're struggling to find a realtor, stop searching and just use Marcus. You won't regret it. Things that made our experience so great: - Makes you feel important - Very responsive if you need something - The partners he uses (broker, loan officer, etc.) are really good - He knows where all of the coolest places are - He knew what we wanted so well and always had great places to recommend to us - He feels like a friend more than an agent - He will get you the best deal possible We're grateful to Marcus for all he did to get us into our new home. We could not be happier.

Marcus responded to our call via the Zillow App on a Saturday morning and met us at the house within a couple of hours. His guidance was very helpful all the way from a great initial offer through each amendment and the closing. There were many calls and emails to which Marcus responded quickly and effectively. He gained our confidence and built trust with the Seller's agent, which proved helpful in resolving a number of issues, even up to the closing day.
