He kept me informed of all the transactions and was patience enough to explain every single detail of all documents. He used to call me to find out how I was doing and he was available at all times. What can I say, this man was there from start to finish even now that the process is already done he’s still willingly helping us out. There are not enough good things I can say about Marcos. He was always very polite, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, prompt and skilled in every aspect that you expect real estate agent to be. Since this was the first time in a long time my parents bought a house, we were not aware of everything that goes into buying a home. Marcos was with us from day 1 from when the idea of buying a house entered their minds. He helped in every way possible and was very quick to reply to our concerns. If we had any questions about anything, he knew the answer, or knew how to find the answer quickly. Marcos works around the clock for his clients and will do just about anything to help out.
