Marcos is THE BEST real estate agent we could've chosen to help us sell our house. This was our first time selling and we had no clue how to even start the process. Marcos was there from beginning to end, so dedicated and willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. My experience with Marcos was the best I ever had!!! He is so experienced, knowledgeable ,informative, detailed, and professional. He answered any questions we had at anytime of the day. He was always available for us, he wakes us through the whole process and let us know what exactly we needed to do to get the best outcome. Marcos was amazing. He went above and beyond every step of the process of selling my home. I moved out of state prior to the sale of the house so I was not local to help with anything When I moved out, there was a hole in a closet ceiling. He made certain it got repaired and coordinated the house cleaners for me. He communicated with me almost every single day including Thanksgiving. He even replied to texts at 6:30 in the morning his time. He even went by the house regularly since he knew it was empty to be certain nothing was wrong. He worked closely with the title people and made certain everything was in place and nothing got missed. He even went over every single detail of every offer on the house so that I understood the pros and cons of each offer. He was so patient with me asking questions about everything I didn't understand. Thanks to Marcos, we actually closed on time!! He will be handling the sale of another house for me next year.
