This is my second time working with Marcos. In 2016 he helped me sell my house. He made the process of selling really easy. So, when I decided to buy this year, I didn’t bother to look for help anywhere else. I called Marcos and there he was ready to help with the process. We opened escrow early April and 3 weeks later, we had the keys in our hand. It was by far the quickest process. He and his team, made sure we got the best interest, loan and the payment we were looking for. It took us longer to find a house, then the time it took to close. Marcos was always available to help, listen and run around with us until we found the one. In this crazy market, he pulled trough and now we are home owners. We couldn’t be happier with his service. If we ever decided to buy or sell again, he would definitely be my first and only choice. He’s not in it for profit, he is in it to help you find your future home.

I will start by saying that Marcos was amazing. He helped us with a property that I’m sure 99.9% of the realtors would have just run the other way but he took on the challenge. I was referred to Marcos by my brother, who has also worked with him, and expressed how reliable he was during his home purchase. We had a rental property in Bakersfield and we needed to sell it, it was becoming difficult to keep an eye on it. The property was initially being looked after by a management company (we live in LA County) but she dropped the ball, needless to say she stopped managing and squatters moved in, a nightmare. Marcos helped us strategize how to evict the unauthorized individuals by guiding us based on the information he would gather from his research. A huge success, it worked and the squatters were removed from the property. He even helped us board up the property, definitely not part of his job description, but this is just the kind of person that Marcos is. Marcos was just fully invested in selling the property and in helping us to make it more appealing to the buyer. Let’s just say I was ready to sell the property for nickels and dimes but Marcos just kept reminding me to be patient and trust the process. It sold within a month of this entire ordeal and for much, much, much more than what I had anticipated. I truly recommend Marcos to anyone that is in the process of purchasing or selling a home.
