Simply put, we would not have found and bought the Beverly Hills property without Marcie's expert help and advise along the way. Marcie really went above-and-beyond in helping us locate our dream property, a process that took two years. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable of the market, neighborhood and specific history of the house/seller, she is empathetic, a good listener and works around the clock. We really treated Marcie as our trusted partner and advisor. My wife and I live in Hong Kong, and were not in California during and after the escrow closed. There is simply no way for us to be where we are today if not for Marcie's help, including organizing all the pre-close inspections, recommending different project managers/contractors to help conduct repairs, even helping switch utilities from the previous owner's name to mine! We are now entrusting Marcie to help lease our house, and will be our go-to person for any other transactions in LA.
