I have not got a single bad word to say about Marcelo. After giving him our preferences on our ideal home, he promptly had a list of 20+ homes that all totally met our standards and needs. My ideal realtor is one that KNOWS what the buyer is looking for, can think with safe locations for our family, good communication skills and just a general care factor for their clients. Marcelo ticks every single box.

We had a special property, it was a 4 acre mini farm, so we had to search to find the perfect buyer. Marcelo excelled at marketing and explored many different avenues until we found the right buyer! He went over and beyond with the drive being out of his area and still held many open houses. He made communication with any contractors smooth, and thought of everything. We will go to him for all of our future real estate needs!

Marcelo was amazing from start to finish!!! We had a very short timeframe to find a home and Marcelo pulled it off. He was on top of the MLS so that we saw every property that fit our needs as soon as it was available. Not only did he find us a perfect home but the closing was seamless and he was a real pleasure to work with every step of the way. Marcelo was really caring and patient with us. When we first looked into working with him, we ended up cancelling all of our house appointments and viewings the night before after he did so much work scheduling them. A week later I reached out to him again and after a conversation and explaining what happened he agreed to work with us once more. This time we went through with it. This particular house we bought, wasn’t even on our original list to view that day. I found it the morning of, and sent it to him. We had about an hour between viewings so he reached out to the real estate agent and got us in the house within 15 minutes. For me it was love at first sight. It had just about everything I wanted. After some back and forth with my husband and offers for 2 other houses, we put our offer in for this one and got it accepted. It was touch and go after, but Marcelo did an amazing job at pushing it through and making sure it happened. We moved in a week ago and we are very in love with this house. Marcelo’s care and faith in us pulled through and we got the house we really wanted!
