I was referred by a friend who knew that I wanted a A+ Realtor to sale my home and find my new dream home. Her referral did not fall short! Marchella Chrisman is honest, patient, thorough, and a dependale go-getter. She truly knows the business and always made me a priority. Most importantly, Marchella looked out for my best interest as the seller and a a buyer. The appraisal for my home came in low. Marchella disputed the appraised value and we were awarded second appraisal for reconsideration of value. Guess what, the second apparaisal came in much higher than expected! My lender told me that Reconsideration of Values are rare. Not rare, when you have a "rockstar" realtor!
