MANNIE IS THE BOMB. Plain and simple. We were tasked with a PCS cross country during a pandemic, and part of that came to finding a house. Mannie worked with us constantly over the phone and via the computer prior to getting in Florida. Once we got here, she hit the ground running with us and we were able to settle on a new build within a few weeks time in a very hot real estate market. Once everything was set into motion she worked tirelessly between us and the sales team at Meritage Homes. Her expertise and tenacity came inti full effect at closing, when there was a problem (caused by the financing arm), where she went above and beyond, late at night the night prior, and was able to get us to closing on a weekend. We had already had family in town to help us move and were set to move out of short term housing, but due to the financing screw up, that would of left us out to dry for three days. But, based on the tenacity and commitment of Mannie to her clients, we were able to close on a Saturday and we couldn't of been more happy. She has constantly been there for questions even after closing as well. I could not recommend her enough to all my friends that are looking for a realtor in Tampa. She will get the job done and then some.
