Mannie and Jamie were INCREDIBLE to work with. I truly can’t say enough great things about my experience. My husband and I were first time home-buyers and we were doing it all virtually. Mannie is an up front, no bullsh#t type of person. I was sending her houses from Redfin and Realtor.com on the daily and she went through each and every house I sent and would send notes (good or bad) and why she thought it would be a good fit or if we should pass. It’s a TOUGH market- we ended up putting in 12 offers between April and July. On each house Jamie and Mannie would go through and take videos noting anything they saw in the houses. They were thorough and patient with all the questions I had. We ended up closing on a wonderful house in Riverview and Mannie was able to schedule everything from a distance. Once we had our offer accepted her team sent us resources for next steps (inspections, insurance, getting our utilities set up, etc). It was a smooth process and we couldn’t have done it without her.
