So when it was time to purchase our second home, we knew we had to work with her. The process was easy and there were no hidden surprises. She kept us in the loop during the entire experience. She was always available and answered our questions extremely fast. She knew the area we were looking at (Mountain View) very well. If she didn't know something, she would research it and give us the information the same day. She has great connections when dealing with a loan, and we were able to close within 14 days! She responded my email and call so fast that it seems like she was always standby the client. 2: If you have a strong desire to buy a house, she can work with your time to take quick actions. For example, we did several open house tours during my lunch break, and my final offer is made during the Christmas holiday break. 3: Manju is an experienced seller agent, too. When she worked as my seller agent, she recommended several key remodels for my property before putting it on the market. The feedbacks of the remodeling were positive during the open-house, and it definitively helped draw the potential buyers’ attention. 4: Manju did a good job on staging the property. She selected about 20 nice photos taken by a professional photographer on the web site. Usually, you don’t see that many photos for one property. She did extra works to make sure you can get a good offer. 5: There were many unforeseen things happened during selling process. Like the buyer had a loan issue and water leaked a few days before the closing date. Manju responded quickly and fixed all of the issues, and at the end, the sale went smoothly. When we first started looking for homes in the Bay Area, we didn't want to attach ourselves to an agent, as we felt that we had better negotiating power as independent home buyers. When we met Manju at her open house, we were instantly impressed with how friendly and honest she was. That afternoon (it was a Sunday) she offered to take us into a few homes and at 9 PM that night, we worked out our first offer over the phone which we submitted the next day. This set the stage for our relationship. Manju realizes that timing is everything when it comes to home sales in this area, so she will do everything in her power to push a deal through. However, she also manages to keep the best interest of her clients a top priority.
