In this hectic market of home buying, you need someone like Manju on your side. Manju was not the first realtor we worked with and earlier in the year we had been working with a different realtor in the Northern Peninsula area. Having looked at a dozen or so homes prior, we were beaten into submission that we had no hope. Fast forward 6 months later, we had narrowed our search into the South Bay market, and Manju helped us through the process. During closing, she provided a wealth of contact, help coordinate constant contractor visits, and even single handedly help us schedule for fumigation etc, such that we can move into our home in record time. I think its critical to state that her knowledge of the Bay Area, her Rolodex of contacts and knowledge at-large has been invaluable to first time home buyers. She brings great energy, optimism blended with direct dialogue that you want, whoever you work with. Manju is a terrific real estate agent. I happened to meet her more than a year ago at one of the Open Houses. Right from that time, I have been super-impressed with the way she does her business. I reached out to her to help me find a condo. I was quite rigid and inflexible about my requirements. It had to be a new construction / brand new looking house. It had to be at a single level and close to my work-place and within my tight budget. It was extremely tough to meet those criteria especially in a market like Bay Area but she did find a place. However, the ordeal did not end there. The construction of the condo got delayed by more than a year. The delay was enough for anyone to lose hope and give up but throughout the entire process, Manju was in touch with me and kept doing regular follow-ups with the builder and never missed to give any updates to me. The outstanding part of her service was reflected in her ability to close the deal with the builder at the time of purchase. I was in a different country on a holiday when the actual release took place and she co-ordinated with multiple folks - despite me not being around - to make sure that I don't miss out on the home I wanted. Jocelyn and I met Manju at an open house early 2011. We had just got married few months ago, Jocelyn pregnant with our son Preston. We were first time home buyers, and we knew absolutely nothing about buying a house. We liked Manju right away. She is full of positive energy, very sharp, and very patient with us.
