Manjit is an absolute gem! Like many others, my husband and I were very nervous about finding the right realtor to sell our now-previous condo while helping us buy our next house. We randomly met Manjit at at open house in early 2020. We hit it off right off the bat and are so glad and grateful we found her! Manjit is the best! We bought our home with her assistance 10 years ago and then went back to her for buying our second investment property as well as putting it up for rent. She is methodical, has amazing attention to detail (and you can see she loves her job - knowledgeable and always making notes about things a buyer/seller needs in a real estate transaction) and always puts her clients first. Others may say that, but to me her dedication was clear, when after going into contract, I had second thoughts and asked if we could back out and what it would take. Without a moment's hesitation, her response was "we'll do what needs to be done to make sure you're comfortable. Dont worry about the effort involved. That's what I am here for.". Having said that she then worked with me through possible options and we finally found a great solution and went ahead and in fact closed early! Even after we've found a tenant, Manjit is checking in, and when I have a question on text, rather than replying or waiting, she just promptly calls me within a few minutes ! You can't go wrong with Manjit!
