I worked with Manjit a few years ago when buying in the Bay area. After 3 years I had a new job and had to sell the house, so I worked with Manjit again:). Manjit really cares about her clients and puts alot of thought into how to make your offer strong among competing ones or when selling, she has a good idea of the current market conditions and how to make the house appealing to other buyers.
