Manjit is an absolute delight to work with. She is very professional and caring. She knows the ins and outs of the market, and she was able to get me multiple offers on my home in a somewhat slow market. Should I have any future real estate needs, I would definitely work with her again.

I have known Manjit for over 15 years. She has helped me buy 3 homes and sell one and is about to help me sell another one. She has taken the time to get to know me and knew exactly what I was looking for in a new home. She has always been very professional and has always looked out for my best interests. This was our 4th transaction with Manjit, this time as a buyer. Previously Manjit helped us with buying and selling our previous homes... And there's a reason we keep calling Manjit -- she has come through to help us and problem solve so many different situations brilliantly! From helping us buy a house that was off the market, to helping us sell a house to an overseas buyer with complex requirements, to dealing with a home sale with a relocation company in the middle, to helping us navigate negotiations to help us get the best deal, Manjit has come though flawlessly every time! Super communicative, proactive, detailed oriented and points out everything to make sure we are fully informed and leaves nothing to chance. She took her time to get to know us , our needs and what was most important to us. Working with an agent who gets to know you and has a wide range of knowledge about your local market makes all the difference . We were able to get the house listed quickly and it was pending a week later. I truly felt that Manjit was on our side and we were a team. She made herself available to us whenever we needed her.
