About Mandy

Real estate has a way of bringing life full circle. I began my education earning an Associate’s Degree in Business along with a Certificate in Real Estate, but at the time, life had other plans. Years later, I’ve learned that what’s truly meant for you has a way of finding you—no matter the timing. Better late than never, and right on time all the same. I am an entrepreneur at heart. I previously owned and operated Furternity House, a dog boarding kennel I built from the ground up alongside my husband. That experience shaped who I am today—teaching me leadership, responsibility, client care, and the value of building trust-based relationships. I’m a certified dog trainer with a deep passion for animal wellness, proper nutrition, and enrichment, and I still maintain lasting relationships with many of my former clients. One day, I hope to bring an even bigger version of that dream to life here in Yuma. Health, growth, and balance are central to how I live and work. I believe in taking an active role in our well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally—while recognizing there is a time and place for professional care. Life hasn’t always been easy, but every experience has shaped my perspective and strengthened my ability to serve others with empathy and clarity. As the spouse of an Army Veteran and current Law Enforcement Officer, relocation and change are nothing new to me. I moved frequently throughout my childhood, have lived in three different states, and understand firsthand how overwhelming—and exciting—buying or selling a home can feel. I chose real estate because I’ve experienced both exceptional agents and disappointing ones, and I’ll never forget the peace of mind the great agents gave us. That feeling—the confidence, clarity, and support—is exactly what I strive to provide every client I serve.
