We had a wonderful experience with Mandy. Her knowledge of the area and how to put together the proper offer one has a house against four other bidders. We would recommend Mandy to anyone as she was always ready and able to answer questions we had within minutes of emailing or calling her. Mandy worked around our crazy schedules and made this whole process much smoother than it otherwise would have been.
