We decided that we wanted to purchase a home instead of renting for much longer. While we were out house hunting, without any agent or broker, we came upon the neighborhood that we now call home. It was devastating each time it got pushed back because not only are you still not moving, but your paying extra rent and you're re- scheduling the movers and the deliveries... It truly could have been a total disaster but Mandy fought for us and made it an awesome experience! If anyone is looking fora realtor who is not only experienced and professional, but also hard working and very transparent, then Mandy Gulley is the realtor for you. We not only had amazing experiance with her selling our home in a few days, but we also built our new home using her once again. And we will again later on down the road when and if we move again.
