Mandy is so great to work with! She always answers phone calls, texts or emails. She always provided great insight when we bought our first home and even when we sold our first home. I would not want to work with anyone else.

Loved the fact she was a spouse of a veteran and had been where I was sitting once. Very accommodating in coming to me to base on my job for me to sign documents to meet deadlines. She made this experience easy. I am happy she was the person on the journey with me helping me buy my forever home.
There are not enough kind words to say about Mandy Gulley. Mandy was very knowledgeable of the market and the requirements of buying/selling a home. Mandy devoted much time to making our purchase possible through showing us homes via multiple video calls, which gave us a great piece of mind trying to search while out of state, and then was also available on short-notice when I arrived in the area. Mandy provided easy-to-understand and timely feedback regarding the requirements of home purchasing making it much easier to comprehend for a first-time home buyer and with much patience might I add. Through several hiccups in the closing process (not attributed to her doing) Mandy really advocated for us and was able to make this entire process successful within agreeable terms for our purchase. On top of this, Mandy made us feel like a priority even though we knew she had many clients that she was serving. It was a pleasure working with Mandy in the purchase of our first home. What makes us most grateful is that we not only walked away with a home but with a new member of our family found in Mandy.

We went to Mandy to be sure the sale was done properly as we already had a buyer for our home. That fell through when the buyers loan was refused. Then a financial backer came into the picture. Then he was joined by an investment firm. Then the backer left. Then the investment firm kicked out the original buyer and finally bought the property. Throughout all this Mandy stayed on top of everything and guided us through the process and handled everything in stride. I don't think there's a problem possible in a sale that Mandy can't handle while protecting her customers.
