Mandy was an amazing person to work with. My husband and I moved to Oklahoma from out of state and we had no time or resources to come out and look at houses beforehand in person. Mandy helped us find houses that we wanted to look at and then scheduled walk-thrus over FaceTime! She was very thorough with showing us any problem areas that might be of concern. My husband and I were first-time home buyers and Mandy explained everything so that we could understand. If we had any questions, she answered them right away. We asked a lot of questions but Mandy always seemed to have time for us. I have already recommended her to my parents and they are in the process of buying a house and working with Mandy. I will definitely ask Mandy to work with us again in the future if we decide to buy a new home.

While the house was agreed to be bought as is, she still managed to get the seller to do work on the water heater to bring it up to code and the seller also did a few minor things around the house based on my inspection. Overall it was a good experience and she did everything for me that she could. I work nights so I'm not the most personable person in the morning. Mandy did a great job of working around my schedule as well as being very understanding of my situation. She was incredibly nice and I felt like whatever she had to say was not only worth listening to, it was entirely trustworthy as well.
