Mandy was very clear about the entire process and she was very thorough with walking through all the paperwork. She was always very pleasant and it was clear that she always had my interest in mind. While the house was agreed to be bought as is, she still managed to get the seller to do work on the water heater to bring it up to code and the seller also did a few minor things around the house based on my inspection. Overall it was a good experience and she did everything for me that she could. I work nights so I'm not the most personable person in the morning. Mandy did a great job of working around my schedule as well as being very understanding of my situation. She was incredibly nice and I felt like whatever she had to say was not only worth listening to, it was entirely trustworthy as well.
