Wow, I cannot say enough great things about Mallory!!! My husband and I decided to purchase our first home late last year, and were hoping to close before the year ended, since we had a baby on the way. Mallory knew about our time crunch, and immediately was determined to help us find our dream home. She understood exactly what we were looking for, and used several different resources to make sure that we were seeing everything on the market, even some homes that were not even listed yet! She was always there when we needed her, and would respond to our phone calls/texts immediately. When we found the house that we wanted, she was so helpful when it came to negotiating with the sellers. I am a little timid when it came to speaking about money/things I wanted, so I was lucky to have Mallory to speak up for me. She did not back down when it came to certain things we wanted in our contract, and she got the job done! We have been in our dream home for 3 months now, and have had several questions when it came to taxes and our home warranty, and Mallory has still been there for us to walk us through everything, even though technically her job is done. I feel confident in the fact that if any issues arise with the house, she will still be there to help us with whatever she can. Mallory is so helpful without being overbearing or aggressive like a lot of other real estate agents I've seen. She genuinely just wanted to see us happy, and never tried to push anything on us. She made us feel 100% comfortable throughout the entire home buying process. I definitely recommend Mallory for any real estate needs!
