The sale of our home was rough, due to offers that came in, were accepted, and then they buyers would back out. The market was a little iffy at the time, and the house needed a lot of work. We got pretty nervous a few times during the process, but Malalee assured us during these times that she would get the house sold, and for what we needed to get. And she did! All the while trying to coordinate this sale with the purchase of another home for us. When things were looking bleak - at least to us - she sat down with us, and we would go over everything with her, what our options were, and she would again assure us that she had us taken care of. Bottom line is, she backed it all up, and got us what we needed on both the sale, and the new purchase, and all right on time for all parties involved in the sale, and the new purchase!!

I met Malalee while looking at this home she had listed, that I wound up buying. I decided to ask her to represent us on the sale of our house in Manteca. Thru some crazy obstacles, she handled the sale of the other house magnificently! The sale of that house heavily impacted the purchase of the home on Wilson Way, as it was contingent upon that sale. Constantly working with all parties, and assuring us all that she would get it done, she did exactly that! In the timeframe that had to be met, and at the numbers that all parties were looking for. And when it seemed like the sale of the other house may not happen, which would have killed my buying the Wilson Way, she simply told me that she had this under control, and it will come to fruition. And, it goes without saying, that it all did come together. Her dedication and determination is insane! She thrives on the challenge to get it done. Some realtors are just wired differently, with a whole new level of determination. She's wired that way! Malalee was the agent who was selling the home I wanted to purchase in Stockton. So we also chose her to be the selling agent for our home in Manteca. Everything went smoothly, until the first buyers back out of the offer to buy. Things got a little shaky after that, as far as interest in the home. Malalee assured us that this is common, and that everything would work out as we planned. Her commitment, her tenacity, and most importantly, her ability to work through every situation that came up, and resolve it, and do it when it was looking like everything was going to collapse, was outstanding. She also had to deal with the multiple personalities - most of which were less than pleasant at times - to keep all of us on track. She handled that impeccably!
