The sale of our home was rough, due to offers that came in, were accepted, and then they buyers would back out. The market was a little iffy at the time, and the house needed a lot of work. We got pretty nervous a few times during the process, but Malalee assured us during these times that she would get the house sold, and for what we needed to get. And she did! All the while trying to coordinate this sale with the purchase of another home for us. When things were looking bleak - at least to us - she sat down with us, and we would go over everything with her, what our options were, and she would again assure us that she had us taken care of. Malalee was the agent who was selling the home I wanted to purchase in Stockton. So we also chose her to be the selling agent for our home in Manteca. Everything went smoothly, until the first buyers back out of the offer to buy. Things got a little shaky after that, as far as interest in the home. Malalee has my full recommendation if you are going to sell or buy a home. This was my home and it was on the market for about a week before I had many offers. Took the usual time to close but I can truely say she is the best at what she does. Each time she sold a house for me I made money. I will leave for Thailand in 2 days time for my new life.
