We could not have been happier with having Maggie Fern as our realtor. She was exceptional in every way. We were out-of-town buyers looking for the perfect house, and Maggie found it for us! Maggie is a great listener and quickly understood what type of house we were looking for. She is also very kind, easy to talk to, patient and responsive. In fact, she always made us feel as if we were her only client! Maggie was also very knowledgable about the market and gave us excellent advice during our home buying process. We never felt pressured into buying any one particular house during the two years that we worked with her. After we finally bought and closed on our new house, Maggie went above and beyond to help us take care of our empty home until we could get into it. She didn’t have to do this, but that is the type of person she is. I don’t know what we would have done without her. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
