We worked with Magaly for the simultaneous sale of three (3) of our condominiums. Unfortunately, we needed each unit to be sold and closed within a strict (and short!) timeframe for a 1031 Exchange. Magaly impressed us from beginning to end! She handled EVERYTHING for us (marketing, listing, communication with buyers/buyers' agents, accompanying buyers and their agents on every showing, strategizing for maximum profit, negotiations with buyers/buyers' agents, closing, etc.) When we had trouble obtaining required sale/closing documents from a Homeowner's Association, Magaly resolved the situation immediately! She also was instrumental in securing the documents and processing our 1031 Exchange transaction (which was entirely new and unfamiliar territory for us!) My husband and I sincerely and highly recommend Magaly! She worked tirelessly and truly made our condominium sales (and subsequent 1031 Exchange) absolutely stress-free!

Wow, what can I say, Magaly is the best, fastest, and responsable agent you would ever meet. She is on top of everything and more. Not only she finds you a buyer quick, she takes care of everything for you. She is with you from start to end. Trust me, you want to sell your home, she finds a way and she get you results that you will be super happy., and even if you live out of state, like I do, she made it super smooth, i wish I would have another property to sale, i would definitely call Magaly Moreno
