I’ve bought 6 houses in the past 5 years and I never once thought an agent was worth a penny. I would show them the houses I found on Zillow, then we’d see them, I’d have to figure everything else out after that would leave me wondering, “why exactly do I need you?”, Macey blew away this notion. I told her where I’d hope to land on an investment property, she sent me the offer letter to sign with an offer that I thought was absurd and probably won’t get a bite, but sure enough we were under contract for $12k less than I was hoping to land. I’m in my busiest season of work and I was stressing about it but she made it a breeze.
