We had a wonderful experience with Lynne Tran selling a family home. Besides being very professional and having great negotiation skills, she was very knowledgeable and led us through everything we needed to do to put the home on the market. She guided us through things like who to use for inspections, to staging the home, to pricing, to the right time to list it and when to hold an open house. Lynne works with very professional people, and we didn't have any trouble with paperwork on the backend. Everything went smoothly. She was very responsive to our texts and calls and kept us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend her.
