In 2020, Lynn was recognized as the Realtor® Association of Citrus County's (RACC) Realtor of the Year & Best New on the Scene, the first time any realtor has been nominated and received both awards in the same year for Citrus County. She was also awarded the ERA Franchise Circle of Achievement designation. She is certified as an ERA Distinctive Properties agent and ERA's Seller's Security Plan (SSP) specialist. She has earned the Best of Zillow Premier Agent banner and is the current chair of the RACC Young Professionals Network. In addition, she currently sits on the Leadership Academy Committee for Citrus County’s Board of Realtors. Prior to her real estate business, Lynn had a career in banking for nearly 20 years, including upper management, where she received several awards for her dedication to bank clients and providing excellent customer service. Originally from Long Island, New York, Lynn married her high school sweetheart, Brian, now retired after a 21-year career with the U.S. Army. She is also mom to daughter, Ava. As a military family they lived in Tennessee, North and South Carolina, Virginia, and spent three years in Italy. Lynn and her family moved to Citrus County in 2018, where her parents and sister have lived for over 20 years. When not excelling in her real estate endeavors, Lynn is active in the community she resides, as an active member on the Board of Directors of the Homeowners' Association. Lynn is a volunteer Classroom Mom at Ava's school as well. She also has volunteered countless hours at her church's outreach program and headed the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) at the school for five years. As an active agent with ERA American Suncoast Realty in Crystal River, FL, her knowledge, and experience is multifaceted, allowing her to represent buyers, sellers, and investors alike. Nobody does it better!

I could not have picked a better agent to sell my condo! Lynn was terrific! Responsive, thorough, accurate and on the ball. Selling my condo in Florida from Indiana was a bit daunting! I basically chose Lynn because of all the excellent reviews she had online. I definitely won the lottery with Lynn! I couldn't have had a better agent to represent me long distance. Lynn made it easy and did it in record time. She lined up a contractor for me to fix a couple things at my condo, and was so attentive, you would have thought I was her only listing! I got the price I was hoping for, and she even discounted her percentage because the buyer was someone she brought to the table. You can't go wrong with Lynn, she will definitely go the extra mile for you. I couldn't be happier!

AMAZING!! She cares about her clients!

Lynn was so good we've had other real estate agents in the past, but she out does them all. She would go completely out of her way to help my husband and I find a house for us. Even through our indecision, she was extremely patient and helpful. I'm so glad we went with Lynn. We definitely recommend her!

WINNING!!! FROM START TO FINISH!

Yes, her reviews are undeniably true! Selling our home was a big decision; so glad we got it right by listing with Lynn. She priced the home perfectly, and her negotiating skills are second to none! Her listing tag line to market the home, home description and details were absolutely amazing. We had a signed contract in 14 days and closed 30 days after that, at a price higher than we had hoped for. No issues and no headaches; easy as pie! Can't beat that! We will never forget Lynn and won't hesitate to work with her in the future because IT'S ALWAYS A WIN WITH LYNN!

Responsive and Proactive

Condo underwriting scrutiny has increased tenfold recently, and the hoops we needed to jump through for my lender almost derailed the deal - but Lynn was there every step of the way to navigate through the lender’s requests and connect them with the appropriate persons to still close on time. Super professional and ethical, but also personable. I would recommend using Lynn to anyone, buy- or sell-side

Stellar detail orientated professional with great communication skills

Lynn prides herself on timely communication and responsiveness. We truly enjoyed getting to know her and relied heavily on her thoughout the sales process. She never let us down. If she was not 100% sure of something she did not fake it. She took the time to confirm the answer BEFORE she provided same to us.
