Lynn was recommended by my rental agent. She did a market analysis for area to set sale price. She worked around virus restrictions and had showings and open houses. We had interested buyers right away, but new city restrictions held them back. We also had some buyers that made offers way below market. She continued to work with other realtors until we had a good market value contract.
