Lynda first assisted us in purchasing a home. She worked with us for 18 -20 months, constantly looking and sharing and evaluating the type of home we needed to downsize. Her energy and commitment to what seemed like a never ending journey was refreshing. Her knowledge of the market was helpful when determining appropriate offer amounts. She also assisted in referrals for inspections and other necessary things that are required when purchasing a home. Once again she was there, with her ideas, suggestions, and a great sales plan. She was scheduled for some much deserved time away and… you guessed it: she shortened it to hold our open house. We received an offer of exactly our asking price and we’re thrilled. Then, bad weather hit the area, after the purchase agreement was signed and the inspections were completed. Lynda was a patient and professional agent dealing with the buyers agent as we repaired the damages, and waited for weeks for lenders and title companies to get their acts together to finally close the deal. We are so happy that Lynda choose to work with us not just once but twice! Lynda was willing to go above and beyond to show me houses and help me with any questions. She was available by the next day and always excited to help me out. She is also very knowledgeable about her job and the components that come with it. She saved me a ton of money by suggesting a separate septic tank inspection which I wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
