There are real estate agents, and then there is Lynda. As a person and as an agent, she is just amazing. I can't speak highly enough of her. When we first listed our house for sale, it was in the hands of a different agent who was confident our home would be sold in no time. After two months on the market and not a single offer and minimal "action", we made the best decision and trusted Lynda and her resources to take over. The house was taken off the market for maybe 2 days as we changed hands from our first listing agent to Lynda. 2 days was all it took for her to put the house back on the market -- but this time with fresh photos, digital staging, a video walk through, and an impressive marketing campaign ready to go. Lynda had scheduled more showings and generated more interest her first day than we had seen in the last 2 months. Lynda is the total package and I can't wait to work with her again!

We first met Lynda when we went to look at a property that went under agreement as we were heading there. Lynda's name was on the listing and we gave her a call. She said she would like to help us find a property if we wished. Thus began a relationship that lasted at least 2 months. We looked at innumerable properties. We had a price cap and a location restriction. In this booming sellers market houses would appear and then quickly go off the market to bids much higher than we wanted to spend. Lynda suggested houses that were always within our parameters. She did not push for us to go higher then our budget permitted. Also she patiently took us to houses we found ourselves. She was so available we felt we were her only client much of the time. She had excellent knowledge of the housing market and the communities we considered. She knew how to evaluate short comings and maintenance issues and location matters in the houses we visited. In the end she found the perfect home for us. It was on the market only 2 hours when she called us. An open house was scheduled for the coming weekend. When we saw the house we agreed it was the very house we were hoping for. With our permission she bargained with the seller for an acceptable price that would close the purchase before the open house. We are now moved into the house and find it even better than we first thought. It is in a delightful neighborhood with families young and old, surrounded by conservation land. We were downsizing and it is smaller than our former home, but it is very comfortable for us in our retirement. Not only did Lynda serve us with utmost skill and generosity, but we became friends in the process. We cannot recommend Lynda more highly.

Lynda is a terrific advisor. She knows the Cape market and more importantly quickly understood our goals in looking for a second home. She always gave us an honest assessment of the properties we visited. For us, the experience of buying a property was totally enjoyable because of Lynda. We would recommend Lynda without hesitation to anyone looking for a home on the Cape.
