We had a wonderful experience working with Andrea when in search for our forever Home on the Oregon Coast !! Andrea gives !00% and we Highly recommend her to anyone in need of an agent on the coast !! It our pleasure working with Andrea , The Whiteleys

Andrea is a true professional Realtor who pays attention to details and always answered our questions, immediately, either through e-mails or phone. Our property required several permits to be sold, Andrea helped in this process and stayed on top of the forms needed by the city and state. If we could give her more than 5 stars, we would!!

Andrea listed and sold my house in Nehalem. She kept me well informed throughout the process. The first offer did not result in a sale. This was not because of anything that Andrea did, but because the FHA appraiser did not submit a report. The second offer came quickly after we placed the house back on the market. She had a very helpful network of resources, e.g., repair people from whom to get estimates, engineering reports, etc. I also appreciated the fact that she got a second opinion when we were trying to decide on a selling price. Since the house needed fairly extensive repairs, it was difficult to use other comps in the area. I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone who wishes to sell a house in the Nehalem area.

Although Andrea is a bit new to the business, we felt confident in her due to her professional, yet approachable demeanor. She was always willing to ask for assistance from more senior members of her team, when the need arose. We were very impressed by her responsiveness. Never did we feel we could not reach her, or in the dark about where we stood in our process with her. Many thanks to Andrea for her honesty, diligence, and calming nature.

I have purchased and sold 22 homes in my life. I know what Im doing and Im not an easy customer - for one thing I inundate the agent with emails asking more than anyone can need to know. Andrea hung in there with me and we settled on a price that I thought was too high and the seller thought was too low - which is of course the exact right price.

Andrea told us she would be able to sell our home quickly and she did. We weren't sure of the price to ask. Andrea did the market analysis that gave us a clear picture of what we could ask. We were very close to that price at sale. Andrea is professional and very competent. Her communication skills are solid. She was quick to let us know what supporting documents were needed by the buyers financial institution. When we needed some work, she had contacts in the professions required. We hardly had to do a thing. I highly recomend Andrea for your home sale. MP

In the face of changes, delays and hard to communicate with seller, Andrea kept at it, communicating with us on the status of the sale. She was very pleasant to work with, very professional.

Andrea provided professional, knowledgeable service w/a personal touch throughout the process of selling our mother's home. She is a long-time North Oregon Coast resident & as such is aware of the unique aspects of each town, & of various neighborhoods w/in the towns.

Let me first qualify myself. I move a lot. I have purchased and lived in 20 houses, I've built 3 and renovated 2, so I know what I'm talking about. Andrea is the best. The best. Andrea steered me to the best house in my budget and endured relentless probing e mails patiently responding to my massive amounts of questions - Helped me negotiate the best price and introduced me to all the suppliers and services I needed. She is a gem

Andrea was great - she helped to guide my husband and me to the home of our dreams. She knows the local area and can interpret what your needs are based, assimilate them with the inventory and make your dreams come true to. Don't wait - just call, email or text her. She is awesome!
