My experience with Andrea exceeded my expectations. She was extremely responsive to my questions and went above and beyond by seeking estimates for some of the repairs and maintenance needed by the house we were purchasing. She was in almost daily contact during the process and facilitated communication between buyer and seller which led to a very positive negotiation for both parties.
