Luz was a great agent. There is alot of administration involved with a relocation and Luz worked directly with our relocation company to ensure that all documentation was timely and filled out correctly as we went through the listing and final sale of the home. She also helped us get the house ready for showing and jumped in when needed with inspectors to make sure things got done expeditiously. When the house was put up for sale we had multiple offers over list price and we were in contract within 72 hrs. Overall it was a great experience working with Luz...she really knows the business and has amazing customer service.

Luz doesn't have a lot of experience with relocation sales but did as good a job as our network brokers with a relocation sale that I worked on with her. She knows her market very well, was very responsive and had a great attitude during the sale to help make everything go very smoothly.
