Luz was a great agent. There is alot of administration involved with a relocation and Luz worked directly with our relocation company to ensure that all documentation was timely and filled out correctly as we went through the listing and final sale of the home. She also helped us get the house ready for showing and jumped in when needed with inspectors to make sure things got done expeditiously. When the house was put up for sale we had multiple offers over list price and we were in contract within 72 hrs. Overall it was a great experience working with Luz...she really knows the business and has amazing customer service.
Luz doesn't have a lot of experience with relocation sales but did as good a job as our network brokers with a relocation sale that I worked on with her. She knows her market very well, was very responsive and had a great attitude during the sale to help make everything go very smoothly. Luz went the extra mile to meet with inspectors and contractors to make sure the house was perfect when we moved in. I can not say enough how this lovely lady changed our lives!! We started out looking for a home with a different agent and it did not go well to the point is we about just gave up. I was given her name from my bank loan officer and decided ok I would try one more time.. Let me tell you she was on it! I called her we spoke about what happened in the past and what type of home and area we were looking for. That same day she sent two home listings and we went and looked the next day and done yes done she found the perfect house and area for us!! We put a offer in and it was accepted and there was a bit of ups and downs through the process with the sellers but Luz held us together and we are now living in our new home .
