Finally, an agent and his team worth a review. I am not an easy customer! If I send a text, I expect an immediate response. An email? I'll give you half a day. If you're not up to the challenge, don't bother. Also, I need to see as many properties as possible in a short amount of time. We visited more than a dozen condos the first weekend, the same the second weekend. We bought a house instead of a condo because Luke thought: why not! We got a great deal on the house, and could not be happier. Luke responded to all my texts, email, and phone calls in a supersonic time without an ounce of annoyment (that I could detect). He has excellent social skills to meet his customer's needs. If his personality does not fit with your style, no worries, he will step aside and ask for a member of his team to take over while he is in charge of quality control. The best of the best!
