Lucy Houp

Great all around to work with.

The sale of our home with Lucy Houp .was awesome! She went above and beyond with any information.or any help she could give.it made the sell of our home simple..thank you again for all your help!

Lucy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She set realistic expectations and sold my house immediately. The entire process was a breeze and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Lucy was so nice and very professional and gave us the best advice while we were searching for a home in Lexington in a highly competitive market. She was very attentive and available to meet all of our needs. We are very pleased and with her assistance we found the home of our dreams!

This is the 2nd home that Lucy had assisted our family in purchasing and both times she was consistent with communicating with us all the processes, how the market was trending, and great to find comps in the area for negotiating offer prices! In todays market it’s tough to win an offer (and believe me we know all too well how tough it is), with 5 offers submitted prior to our offer being accepted, Lucy stuck by us and continued to encourage us saying “not to give up, THE ONE will come along that is perfect for you!” Lucy not only walks the walk but she also TALKS the TALK. Lucy will work diligently to find the home of your dreams and she’s very flexible for scheduling purposes. I would 10 out of 10 use her again for any other home purchase and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home - she’s not just our realtor anymore , she’s become a lifelong friend! ❤️🤩

Lucy has excellent knowledge in buying and selling real estate. She was available to answer any questions that I would have. Lucy is very honest and trustworthy in all aspects of the process. She was kind, caring, and listen to what I wanted in a home. I would highly recommend Lucy as your agent.
