Throughout the process, Luke had a very calm demeanor which helped offset general (unavoidable) stress of moving. He had excellent recommendations for inspectors and contractors, which resulted in an inspection that prevented us from inheriting a costly repair issue. He also assisted us as we pulled together a budget for items home would need short term after closing - both with estimated cost and options to address issues. Luke is extremely responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend him for your next real estate transaction.
