Lucas was fantastic in helping us secure our home. He was always quick with responses and his knowledge of the business helped us when we had questions. Throughout the journey it definitely felt like we had a friend helping us rather than a stranger.
He always responded to texts, emails, and phone calls quickly. Very easy to talk to. Very supportive and gives feedback. Help out with resources if needed, which made it easy. Thank you for all your help
Luke was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and was great at guiding us through the whole process. He advocated for us and looked out for our best interests. We are very happy with our new home and couldn’t have done it without Luke!
Mr Romano was very helpful every step of the way he answered all our questions and returned our messages in a timely manner even after the sale and settlement he was available and helped with questions that came up I would highly recommend him to others
Luke is very knowledgeable, humble, very responsive, and professional. He knows his stuff and is a pleasure to work with.
Working with luke was a breeze and he was always available for any questions!
Luke navigated a difficult situation with professionalism. He was responsive and always available to answer any questions. His knowledge of the market was very apparent and appreciated. After going through the buying process, and now the selling process with Luke, I would absolutely recommend using him as your realtor!
Luke was great to work with! He was responsive, patient, kind and helpful while attempting to sell our home. We will absolutely use him again in the future.
Mr Romano was great in communicating what we wanted and was great in negotiated what we wanted
We wanted to move to Gloucester county from elsewhere in NJ. Luke has great insight into the area and provided a lot of very helpful information that helped us with our search. Throughout the process, Luke had a very calm demeanor which helped offset general (unavoidable) stress of moving. He had excellent recommendations for inspectors and contractors, which resulted in an inspection that prevented us from inheriting a costly repair issue. He also assisted us as we pulled together a budget for items home would need short term after closing - both with estimated cost and options to address issues. Luke is extremely responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend him for your next real estate transaction.
Very professional, responsible, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Supportive, approachable, and always respectful. An experienced realtor I would confidently recommend to anyone.
I reached out to Luke in October of 2025 and we basically were full-time searching for homes together up until the end of the year. Luke was always available by text or phone and always went out of his way to set up a tour with me and my fiance. He knew a ton about the area, taught us a lot of things to look for when buying a home, and made the entire process as pleasant as possible. We ended up settling in the beginning of 2026 and we could not be happier. I would certainly recommend Luke to anyone looking to buy a house in Jersey and can't thank him enough for all the help!
