Professional, experienced, knowledgeable, personable, focused, efficient, EFFECTIVE --- they cover it all. We listed on a Thursday, had a very successful Open House weekend, and by Tuesday, had multiple cash offers. By Thursday (1 week!), we were in escrow and 11 days later, we closed the sale at a price that was $26k over the original price we had discussed with LuAnn. Our situation was 16 months long --- sorting, cleaning, going through a lifetime of parents’ memories and possessions --- kept us busy for months. During all that time, LuAnn kept in touch and when we were ready, she brought us viable options on how we could best move forward. Luann is the Wizard of Real Estate! Before the sign even went up on the property I was selling Luann already had a game plan.
