Through LuAnn’s connections, we secured a lot for a new house with a popular builder within a week of contacting her. Let me just say this was a huge feat and almost impossible in the current market as the average wait time for a new build is at least six to nine months. LuAnn helped us prepare our house for sale and made the process a breeze. She made suggestions and guided us but was never pushy. It was obvious LuAnn was an experienced professional in her field but beyond that she was savvy and knew her “stuff”. With LuAnn and Ashlee’s guidance, preparing the house for sale was seamless.
